Indexing- do I need it?

OCR: Searchable Text- What is it?

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) allows you to search your files from your PC desktop. The scanned image is processed through OCR and then out put to an electronic searchable document. This is in a searchable PDF (Portable Document Format)
